The brochure had tipped-in items, like a real dog tag, to talk about the special touches Neal's Design offered. They weren't cheap to produce but the ROI was worth it.

Neal's was an upscale home design/remodeling client. They had quite a reputation working on homes in the $1 million+ category. But they lacked any image or personality. When I heard what special touches Neal's provided to make the homeowner feel less invaded by workers' often months-long presence in their homes, we highlighted them in ads and in a handmade brochure with tipped in items for a truly dimensional, upscale look and feel. Clients ended up keeping the brochure on their coffee tables!
